Terms of Service

Flow Monitors provides private Discord-based inventory monitoring access, dashboard configuration tools, webhooks, and stock lookup commands for approved Discord servers. Access is licensed to one approved Discord server unless Flow Monitors approves otherwise.

Flow Monitors is operated by an individual under the Flow Monitors name. Flow Monitors is not currently an LLC, corporation, or incorporated business entity.

By applying, you authorize Flow Monitors to save your payment method with Stripe. If your application is approved, you authorize Flow Monitors to start a $125/month subscription and charge your saved payment method immediately for the first month. The subscription renews monthly until canceled or revoked.

Stripe processes payment details. Flow Monitors does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Inventory, stock counts, product data, store availability, and Discord delivery can change quickly. Flow Monitors does not guarantee checkout success, purchase success, profit, uptime, stock accuracy, alert delivery, or retailer availability.

Flow Monitors is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nike, Best Buy, Target, Discord, or any monitored retailer. Product names and retailer names are used only to identify supported monitoring targets.

You may not resell access, share private endpoints, abuse commands, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or use Flow Monitors in a way that violates Discord rules, retailer terms, or applicable law. Access may be suspended or revoked for abuse, failed payment, chargeback risk, or operational risk.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Flow Monitors is provided as-is and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the most recent month of service. Flow Monitors is not responsible for lost profits, missed purchases, account actions by third parties, retailer changes, Discord outages, payment processor outages, or indirect damages.

Support is handled through the Flow Monitors Discord server. Email support is available through the support link in the site footer.
