Refund Policy

Applying to the waitlist does not charge your card. Stripe saves your payment method for future billing only. If your application is rejected, your saved payment method is not charged by Flow Monitors for that application.

If approved, your $125/month subscription starts immediately and your saved payment method is charged for the first month. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted because Flow Monitors is a digital Discord access service.

You can request cancellation through Discord support. Cancellation stops future renewal billing after the current paid period unless Flow Monitors confirms a different effective date in writing.

Flow Monitors may issue a partial or full refund at its discretion for duplicate charges, clear billing mistakes, or unusual service issues. Chargebacks, abuse, resale, or violation of the Terms can result in access removal.
