Privacy Policy

Flow Monitors collects application details such as email address, Discord user ID, Discord username from Discord login, selected Discord server, support notes, and access status. Monitor operation may store Discord server IDs, channel IDs, webhook URLs, monitor settings, and related configuration needed to run the service.

Private member workspaces store account limits, hashed access credentials, invitation status, and compact service outcomes. Raw API keys are only shown once and are not stored.

Data is used to grant or revoke access, deliver monitor alerts, enforce usage limits, measure aggregate service performance, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain service records.

Flow Monitors uses Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure, Discord for login/server delivery, Vercel for the website, and Railway for service hosting. Data is not sold.

Operational records may be retained while your account, server access, or support history remains relevant. You can request deletion through Discord or email support, subject to security, fraud-prevention, and legal record needs.

Flow Monitors uses access controls and server-side credential handling. No internet service is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure.
