Privacy Policy

Flow Monitors collects application details such as email address, Discord user ID, Discord username from Discord login, selected Discord server, support notes, and billing status. Dashboard usage may store Discord server IDs, channel IDs, webhook URLs, monitor settings, and related configuration needed to run the service.

Payment details are collected by Stripe. Flow Monitors stores Stripe customer, setup, payment method, subscription, and invoice-related identifiers so applications, subscriptions, and dashboard access can be reconciled.

Data is used to review waitlist applications, create subscriptions, grant or revoke Discord dashboard access, deliver monitor alerts, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain service records.

Flow Monitors uses service providers such as Stripe for payments, Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure, Discord for login/server delivery, and email providers when configured. Data is not sold.

Operational records may be retained while your account, server access, payment history, or support history remains relevant. You can request deletion through Discord support or email support, subject to payment, security, fraud-prevention, and legal record needs.

Flow Monitors uses access controls and server-side payment handling. No internet service is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure.
